Responsibilities

• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and new account openings while complying with policies and requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships with clients and collaborate with branch team to meet financial goals.
• Handle branch operations, including cash devices, in line with bank policies.
