Job summary

You will perform everyday banking transactions, assist clients with basic account needs, educate customers on services, and refer complex requests to specialists while upholding TD’s service standards and risk controls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years demonstrated experience working with clients.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client facing/financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication skills with ability to be concise and clear.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by effectively managing client flow (in-person and phone).
• Serves as the hospitality ambassador for the financial center, delivering consistent, relationship-driven client experiences.
• Creates personalized, client-first interactions that build trust from initial engagement.
• Proactively educates clients on banking products, services, and digital capabilities.
• Engages clients through proactive outreach, including scheduling appointments for consumer account needs.
• Balances client needs with policy adherence and risk awareness to ensure compliant outcomes.
