Job summary

You will engage clients during operating hours, including evenings and weekends, and collaborate with team members to ensure compliant, efficient service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years demonstrated experience working with clients (volunteering, education, military experience acceptable).
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client facing/financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication skills; concise, clear, and consistent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by managing client flow and referrals to partners.
• Serves as a hospitality ambassador, delivering relationship-driven client experiences.
• Educates clients on banking products and digital capabilities to enhance convenience and well-being.
• Engages clients through proactive outreach and appointment scheduling for consumer accounts.
• Adheres to risk and regulatory standards and problem-solve to ensure compliant outcomes.

Education

High school diploma or GED

Notary License preferred

1+ years demonstrated experience working with clients

Teller or cash-handling experience

Excellent communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office
