Job summary

TD Exton is a frontline banking role focused on delivering everyday banking and basic consumer account support. You will build relationships with clients, open and maintain accounts, and guide them to TD’s digital tools while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a high-touch service experience.

You will greet clients, process transactions, identify needs, and refer to specialists as appropriate, thriving in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment within Personal & Commercial Banking.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in customer service or client-facing roles preferred.
• Notary license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by managing client flow and referrals.
• Acts as hospitality ambassador, delivering relationship-driven client experiences.
• Educates clients on banking products and digital capabilities to enhance convenience.
• Engages clients through proactive outreach and appointment scheduling.
• Balances client needs with policy adherence and risk awareness.
• Protects clients and bank by upholding ethical standards.
