Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years demonstrated experience working with clients in roles such as volunteering, education, or military.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client-facing setting preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by managing client flow and serving as the first point of contact.
• Acts as a hospitality ambassador delivering consistent, relationship-driven experiences.
• Creates personalized client-first interactions to build trust and long-term relationships.

• Engages in proactive outreach and schedules appointments for consumer accounts during visits.
