• Excellent communication skills with ability to be concise, clear and consistent.
• Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by managing client flow and referrals to appropriate partners.
• Serves as a hospitality ambassador, delivering relationship-driven client experiences.
• Educates clients on banking products and digital capabilities to enhance convenience and well-being.
• Schedules appointments for consumer account needs and deepening opportunities.
• Balances client needs with policy adherence to ensure compliant outcomes.
• Identifies client needs and refers to specialists as appropriate.
