• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to be concise, clear and consistent.
• Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to schedule and prioritize work.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within deadlines.
• Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for clients at the location, guiding client flow and delivering a high-touch experience.
• Perform a broad range of everyday banking transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Educate clients on banking products and digital capabilities to enhance convenience.
• Refer clients to appropriate partners to support financial goals while maintaining risk standards.
• Handle client inquiries, issue resolution, and referrals in a compliant manner.
• Maintain data integrity and follow AML and regulatory requirements.
