Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to represent our brand with hospitality and attentive service. You will deliver exceptional client experiences by building trusted relationships and sharing banking solutions through Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and in-branch tools.

You will welcome clients, open accounts, educate on daily banking, and collaborate with the team to help clients achieve their financial goals. A high school diploma or GED is required.

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby flow on a tablet, and scheduling meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new ones in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on daily banking and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with branch team.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices, while following policies and procedures.
