Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service by greeting clients as they enter the branch.
• Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing and maintenance and opening new accounts.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and partnering with branch team members to help clients achieve financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices while adhering to policies.
