• Cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Assist with account servicing, maintenance, and opening new accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help clients achieve their goals.
• Perform branch operations and manage cash devices while adhering to bank policies.
