Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver welcoming, attentive service and build trusted relationships with clients. You will greet clients, assist with new accounts, and guide customers in using Chase Mobile App and online tools.

You will also collaborate with branch teammates to achieve financial goals while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, including basic cash-handling and branch operations.

Qualificações

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Create a welcoming environment and greet clients entering the branch.
• Open new accounts and perform account servicing while following policies.
• Educate clients on using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening and partnering with team to meet goals.
• Assist with branch operations including cash devices while complying with policies.
