Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to join our branch network and deliver hospitality‑driven service. You will greet clients, open accounts, and guide them through digital banking tools while meeting regulatory requirements.

Your role is to build trusted relationships by listening to needs and offering tailored financial solutions. In this position you will collaborate with branch colleagues to ensure smooth operations, manage transactions and support customers with day‑to‑day banking needs.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to greet clients and build rapport.
• Ability to explain banking products clearly to clients.
• Attention to detail in handling transactions and regulatory requirements.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet and queue system.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts, opening new accounts, and following policy requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day transactions and digital tools like the Chase Mobile App and online banking.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and offering product knowledge to meet client goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash handling while adhering to policies and procedures.
