Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to help deliver memorable client experiences in the branch. You will welcome clients, open and service accounts, and use the latest banking solutions to meet their financial needs with hospitality and care.

You will build trusted relationships through attentive listening, clear communication, and product knowledge, while collaborating with the branch team to achieve goals.

Competenze

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly.
• High school diploma or GED.

Mansioni

• Greet clients, deliver attentive service, manage lobby traffic, and schedule meetings.
• Open new accounts and maintain existing accounts while following policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com).
• Build relationships by listening and offering product knowledge to help financial goals.
• Handle branch operations, including cash devices, in compliance with policies.
