Qualifications

• Two years of customer service and/or banking experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, professional customer experience in-branch.
• Open new accounts, process transactions, and educate on features.
• Assist with issues, coordinate with internal partners for resolution.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service options.
• Support branch goals and participate in meetings and training.
