Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Financial Relationship Banker to retain and grow consumer and business customer relationships by proactively identifying financial goals and recommending deposits, loans, and other banking products and services.

You will help customers with online, mobile, and ATM banking, maintain up-to-date product knowledge, and adhere to security and regulatory policies. Office-based role with standard banking hours.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED and 1 year customer service and sales in banking or related field.
Background check with fingerprints as required by NMLS regulations.
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree with 1 year+ in customer service and sales in banking.

Responsibilities

Providing excellent customer service and effectively resolving customer issues.
Proactively identifies opportunities to grow customer relationships through appointments, referrals, and a disciplined sales process.
Educating and referring customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
Educating customers on how to optimize their use of online, mobile, and ATM banking.
Maintaining knowledge of products, services, technology and policies.
Adhering to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
