Job summary

Huntington Bank is seeking a Financial Relationship Banker to help our consumer and business customers achieve financial goals. You will retain and grow relationships by identifying needs and recommending deposit, loan, and other banking solutions.

You’ll deliver excellent service, proactively pursue opportunities, educate customers on online and mobile banking, and coordinate with other teams while following security and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and minimum 1 year customer service and sales in banking, financial services or related fields.
• Bachelor's Degree and 1 year or more in customer service and sales in banking, financial services or related fields.
• Ability to build, deepen and retain relationships; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues effectively.
• Identify opportunities to grow relationships through appointments, referrals, and proactive outreach.
• Educate customers and refer to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
• Explain and promote online/mobile banking and other technology solutions.
• Adhere to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies; perform other duties as assigned.
