Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Client Relationship Consultant to engage customers through in-person, by-appointment, and virtual channels, delivering tailored banking guidance and digital-first experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum three to four years of job-related, retail banking experience or equivalent training.
• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up across in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels.
• Identifies solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs by effectively engaging and communicating with clients.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests and credit applications.
• Educates clients on digital products and self-service options to meet needs with a digital first mindset.
