Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-3 years client service experience in a retail environment.
• 2-3 years sales and service experience with previous success in achieving sales and service goals in retail environment.
• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open accounts and perform maintenance.
• Run a Teller drawer as needed by management.
• Engage with clients via calls, conversations, and follow ups to deepen relationships.
• Refer to internal specialists for mortgage, wealth, small business banking, or treasury management as appropriate.
• Maintain compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide digital assistance and support for online banking.
