Job summary

First Financial Bank in Avon, Indiana is seeking a Consumer Banker to deepen client relationships by opening accounts, performing maintenance, and guiding customers to the bank’s services.

You will work with existing clients and prospect new ones, support client engagement through conversations, and coordinate with Mortgage, Wealth, Small Business Banker and Treasury Management partners to deliver a first-class client experience.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years client service experience in a retail environment.
• 3-4 years sales and service experience with previous success in achieving sales and service goals in retail environment.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• May obtain notary authorization.
• Possesses a strong level of bank product knowledge and solid sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Open accounts and perform maintenance.
• Run teller drawer as assigned by management.
• Support client engagement through active calling, conversations and follow-up.
• Meet or exceed sales, service and referral goals as part of the First Financial Bank Experience.
