Job summary

First Financial Bank is seeking a Consumer Banker to strengthen relationships with existing clients and prospect for new ones, directly booking business and referring to partners such as Mortgage, Wealth, and Treasury Management.

In this role you will open and maintain accounts, engage clients through calls and conversations, and ensure a high level of service while meeting sales and referral goals across the branch network.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years coaching/mentoring in a retail environment.
• 3-4 years sales and service with goals achievement.
• 3-4 years demonstrated success with performance goals.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree and/or banking work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open accounts and perform maintenance as needed.
• Run a Teller drawer as deemed necessary by management.
• Support client engagement through active calling, client conversations, and follow up.
• Partner with internal constituencies to bring appropriate expertise (service or solution).
• Ensure client follow up calls are conducted in the proper time frame.
• Maintain all operational and risk management standards.
• Provide digital assistance and service for online banking needs.
• Meet or exceed sales, service and referral goals through teamwork.
