First Financial Bank seeks a Consumer Banker to deepen client relationships by serving existing clients and prospecting new ones, coordinating with Mortgage, Wealth, Small Business Banker Commercial, and Treasury Management. You will open accounts, maintain records, and support clients across branch, drive-thru, and remote channels.

You will be responsible for meeting sales and service goals, while adhering to compliance and risk standards. Daily travel is limited and reimbursed as per policy.

Qualifikationen

• 3-4 years client service experience in a retail environment.
• 3-4 years sales and service experience with previous success in achieving sales and service goals in a retail environment.
• May obtain notary authorization; possesses bank product knowledge and sales skills.

• Open accounts and perform maintenance.
• Run a Teller drawer as needed.
• Support client engagement through active calling, client conversations, and follow up.
• Meet sales, service and referral goals by collaborating with team and other lines of business.
• Provide digital assistance and service for online banking.
