Job summary

The role supports teller duties when needed and requires adherence to risk controls and banking policies while contributing to branch sales goals. Weekend and extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in client sales and service delivering solutions to customers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for in-branch and phone interactions.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask and manage time while meeting branch targets.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry-leading client service in person and on the phone.
• Cross-sell banking products by advising clients and referring to specialists as needed.
• Support teller duties and client transactions when required to cover staffing needs.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies and stay informed on policy changes.
• Participate in branch leadership routines and ongoing sales training.
