Job summary

First Financial Bank is seeking a Consumer Banker in Indiana. You will nurture existing client relationships and prospect new clients, booking business and coordinating with Mortgage, Wealth, Small Business Banker Commercial, and Treasury Management teams.

You will open accounts, perform maintenance, and support clients via in-branch, drive-thru, phone, and email while delivering the First Financial Bank Experience. Travel is limited to 60 miles per day.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years client service experience in a retail environment.
• 3-4 years sales and service experience with success in achieving goals.
• Possesses a strong level of bank product knowledge and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Open accounts and perform maintenance as needed.
• Handle teller drawer duties as assigned.
• Engage clients through calls, conversations and follow up.
• Align daily activities with The First Financial Bank Experience.
• Collaborate with internal partners to provide appropriate solutions.
• Ensure timely client follow up and maintain compliance.
• Assist clients in person, by phone, email or drive-thru.
• Model First Financial’s mission and values in actions.
• Adhere to all regulatory requirements and risk controls.
• Work with District Specialists to grow core client relationships.
• Act as trusted advisor using the First Client Conversation Model.
• Participate in site huddles to support sales and service goals.
• Meet or exceed sales, service and referral targets.
• Provide digital support for online banking offerings.
• Stay informed on bank products and procedures.
• Travel up to 60 miles per day between centers.
