U.S. Bank in California is seeking a Client Relationship Consultant to engage customers across in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels, delivering trusted financial guidance with a digital-first mindset that enhances the client experience.

You will open consumer and business accounts, process service requests, educate clients on deposit and loan products, and work with branch teams to provide timely, accurate banking solutions while upholding regulatory standards including NMLS

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically five or more years of retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
• NMLS registration required under SAFES Act and Regulation Z; background and credit checks may apply.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Open new consumer and business accounts; process service requests and submit credit applications.
• Educate clients on digital products and self-service tools.
• Collaborate with branch team members to better serve clients and meet their financial needs.
• Provide accurate banking solutions while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
