Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Client Relationship Consultant to engage customers across in-person, by-appointment, and virtual channels. You will assess needs, educate on deposits/loans and digital services, and open consumer and business accounts while processing requests with accuracy.

You will build relationships through proactive outreach, collaborate with branch teams, and demonstrate digital-first banking solutions to help clients achieve financial goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–4 years of retail banking experience or a combination of experience and training.
• Ability to build and foster relationships with clients.
• Knowledge of applicable bank policies and digital products and services.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients via in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels to provide counsel.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests/credit applications.
• Educate clients on deposit and loan products and digital self-service options.
• Maintain knowledge of banking products and support systems to meet client needs.
