U.S. Bank is seeking a Client Relationship Consultant to engage customers across in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels to provide trusted financial guidance with a digital-first mindset.

You will build lasting client relationships, open consumer and business accounts, educate on deposit and loan products, and collaborate with branch teams to deliver an exceptional client experience. Role requires NMLS registration, adherence to bank policies, and a proactive, service-oriented approach

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically 3–4 years of retail banking experience or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters client relationships through multiple channels.
• Identify solutions based on customers’ needs and educate on products.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process credit applications.
• Educate clients on digital products and self-service tools.
