Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Client Relationship Consultant to engage customers across in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels, providing tailored guidance on deposits, loans, and digital banking solutions.

You will open consumer and business accounts and assist with credit applications, educating clients on self-service tools to meet financial goals. You will collaborate with branch teams to deliver a consistent, accurate client experience and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4–5 years of customer service experience.
• 4–5 years of sales experience.
• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients.
• Thorough knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures and support systems.
• Thorough knowledge of all retail products and services.
• Proven customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in participating in sales campaigns/promotions.
• Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts, completes service requests and submits credit applications.
• Educates clients on emerging and self-service digital products and services to assist with meeting their financial needs.
• Leverages resources and technologies to optimize the client experience and serve with operational excellence and accuracy.
