Santander Consumer USA Inc. is seeking a Sales and Service Banker to act as a trusted advisor, delivering tailored banking, lending, and investment solutions while providing exceptional service. The role focuses on building long-term relationships, processing teller transactions, and educating customers on digital tools.

You will collaborate with a team to meet branch goals, engage customers across channels, and promote cross-sell opportunities. Strong communication and accuracy are essential.

Qualifications

• 12+ months experience selling products and/or services.
• 6+ months experience in Retail Banking sales or related role with proven success.
• 6+ months Santander experience related to the essential functions.
• 6+ months customer service experience in high-volume environment.
• 6+ months cash handling experience.
• Strong relationship-building & communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet the financial needs of customers through transactional, servicing, and product offerings.
• Identify opportunities to grow banking relationships through branch activities and referrals.
• Develop and maintain relationships to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with team to achieve branch goals and drive performance.
• Ensure elevated customer experience with personalized, seamless service.
• Assist with custodianship, audits, and other operational tasks.
