Job summary

JPMorganChase seeks a Relationship Banker at a Chase branch to represent our brand with hospitality, leveraging banking solutions and technology to serve clients. You will acquire, manage, and retain relationships, using financial knowledge to tailor solutions that address clients’ financial needs and simplify their lives.

You will educate clients on Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATM solutions while collaborating with our team of specialists to address complex needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and care.
• Work within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration and Life licenses required or pursued within 180 days of hire.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships.
• Communicate clearly and consultatively to understand and address client needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to advise on banking solutions and connect to experts.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
