Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent the Chase Branch with hospitality and technical banking solutions. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, using financial knowledge to offer thoughtful solutions and help clients meet their financial needs.

You will educate clients on Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs, and work with experts to address specialized financial needs while maintaining compliance with banking regulations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements; unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
• Experience adhering to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them in person and by phone to build relationships and tailor product recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand clients’ needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients with specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
