Citizens Bank in New York seeks a friendly, people-oriented Customer Service Associate to build lasting relationships and provide trusted advice. You’ll help customers with everyday financial needs and guide them toward appropriate solutions.

Using strong communication and a broad financial knowledge base, you’ll support spending, saving, borrowing and investing while promoting digital banking tools and collaborating with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking teams.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to ask questions to identify customer needs.
• Proven success in building relationships and cross-selling.
• Digital technology skills to support business goals.
• Problem-solving aptitude and solution orientation.
• Strong collaboration with teammates and partners.
• Self-motivated with multitasking ability.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends.
• Meet SAFE Act requirements including pre-employment checks and NMLS.
