Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking a friendly, results-driven Branch Banker in Mount Holly, NJ. In this role you will greet customers, identify their needs, and guide them toward the right financial solutions while delivering trusted advice and outstanding service.

You will promote digital banking, open accounts, process transactions, and partner with specialists to support mortgages, investments, and everyday banking goals.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience, demonstrating an ability to meet or exceed goals.
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship.
• Proven success with building relationships, and recommending and referring products and services through in-person and phone interactions.
• Demonstrated skills in using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions, supporting spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Introduce customers to digital and mobile-first ways to handle banking transactions, like on our app or through ATMs.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking to help customers with more complex financial needs.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkup appointments.
• Follow all financial policies and procedures, including cash handling and regulatory requirements.
