Qualifications

• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to ask questions and identify needs.
• Proven success in building relationships via in-person or phone.
• Willingness to work with digital banking tools and policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and financial solutions to customers.
• Promote digital and mobile banking tools to customers.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking teams.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule checkups.
• Follow all bank policies including cash handling and regulatory checks.
