Job summary

JPMorganChase in a Chase Branch seeks a Relationship Banker to represent the brand with hospitality and to help clients meet their financial needs using advanced banking technology.

You will build lasting client relationships, manage accounts, and collaborate with specialists to address complex financial needs while ensuring compliance with banking regulations. Weekend hours and licensing requirements apply.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven success.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone, tailoring product features to client needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while complying with risk and regulatory obligations.
• High school degree or equivalent; licenses required within 180 days of hire.
• Active SIE exam and FINRA Series 6, state registrations, and Life licenses are minimum requirements.
• Branch hours including weekends and some evenings are required.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them regularly, and build lasting relationships.
• Use clear, consultative communication to understand needs and recommend products and services.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly and collaborate with experts for specialized needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
