Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to build lasting client relationships and tailor financial solutions.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and provide attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person and by phone to grow relationships.
• Explain products and services; refer to specialists for complex needs.
• Educate clients on technology like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products quickly and comply with policies and regulatory requirements.
