Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and deliver consistent experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage and meet with assigned clients to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to advise clients and connect them to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
