Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients and delivering results.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone, tailoring features of products to client needs.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients; meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients and anticipate their needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to meet banking needs.
• Learn products, procedures, and collaborate with specialists to address complex financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
