Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related fields.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and build relationships.
• Excellent communication to tailor product features to clients.
• Strong problem-solving with attention to detail and service mindset.
• Compliance with risk, regulatory, and training requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent; licensing prerequisites apply.
• SIE, FINRA Series 6, and state registrations or licenses required.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet in person or by phone to build relationships.
• Engage in consultative communication to understand needs and offer solutions.
• Educate clients on technology tools like mobile apps and online banking.
• Learn products quickly and connect clients to specialists for complex needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
