You will greet clients, assess their financial needs, and present tailored banking solutions to help them manage money and reach goals. You’ll work closely with teammates to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced, compliant environment.

Strong communication, a sales mindset, and the ability to build lasting relationships are essential. Training is provided; weekdays and some weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries with proven success.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone, tailoring features/benefits to clients.
• Ability to resolve client issues quickly and with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school diploma or GED or foreign equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand clients and build trust; listen and anticipate needs.
• Educate clients to use technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to effectively consult and connect clients to our team for special needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
