Job summary

You will engage with clients in person and by phone, guiding them to Chase Mobile, Chase.com, and ATM solutions while collaborating with experts to meet financial needs and ensure compliant service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• Willingness to obtain licenses per JPMorganChase licensing program within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registrations (63 if required), Life licenses are minimum requirements.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive and friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to tailor product and service recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand clients and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures to effectively consult on banking solutions and connect to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
