• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school diploma or GED.
• SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required) and Life licenses; licenses within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients; meet in person and by phone to build relationships.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products quickly; connect clients to experts for specialized needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
