Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of experience in a related banking or financial services role.

Responsibilities

• Proactive sales engagement to understand client needs and promote banking solutions.
• Support teller operations to minimize wait times and ensure smooth transactions.
• Provide personalized financial advice and refer clients to bank partners as needed.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, risk management, and internal controls.
