Responsibilities

• Exceed client expectations by account servicing and opening new accounts, while adhering to policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using self-service options such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge – partnering with branch team members to help clients achieve their financial goals.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling in accordance with bank policies.
