Responsibilities

Create a welcoming environment and greet clients entering the branch, manage lobby flow and schedule meetings.
Provide account servicing, open new accounts, and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and digital self-service tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
Build relationships with clients by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with the branch team to meet financial goals.
Handle branch operations, including cash devices, while following bank policies and procedures.
