Formación

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.
• Ability to use a computer regularly, including typing and monitoring.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Achieves branch targets and guides customers toward Regions’ solutions.
• Makes outbound calls to grow existing relationships and acquire new customers.
• Educates customers on Regions’ Consumer and Business products and services, including loans and deposits.
• Educates customers on digital solutions like mobile, online, and ATM offerings.
• Delivers a consistent, high-quality customer experience and processes transactions when needed.
• Owns and resolves customer issues and refers complex goals to internal experts.
• Follows bank processes, adheres to laws and reports operational risks.
