Regions Bank in Memphis, TN is seeking a Relationship Banker – Team Lead to meet with customers, guide financial solutions, and coach a banking team. You will drive branch performance, deliver personalized service, and promote Regions’ loans, deposits, and digital tools.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a customer-first mindset, with opportunities for growth and development within the branch network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of banking, sales, and/or customer service experience.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.
• Ability to use a computer on a frequent basis, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to twenty pounds.

Responsibilities

• Guide and direct all branch activities with the Branch Manager.
• Achieve branch targets by identifying customer needs and presenting Regions solutions.
• Make outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new customers.
• Collaborate on new business development opportunities and promote financial wellness.
• Coach junior bankers to strengthen product knowledge and client needs.
• Educate customers on Regions' Consumer and Business products including loans and deposits.
• Explain digital solutions like mobile, online, and ATM services.
• Ensure a consistent, optimal customer experience across channels.
• Oversee branch operations and compliance; communicate procedural changes.
• Resolve escalated issues in the Branch Manager’s absence.
• Refer customers to internal experts for complex goals.
