• Client-Centric Financial Advice: provide tailored advice aligning with clients' short- and long-term goals.
• Referrals: deepen relationships with additional products and refer to bank partners (mortgage, wealth, private client, business banking).
• Proactive Client Outreach: conduct regular calls to clients and prospects with tailored financial solutions.
• Sales Leadership: coach associates on sales, referrals, products and services.
