Formación

Responsabilidades

• Engage clients in consultative conversations to understand financial priorities and recommend personalized banking solutions.
• Identify and fulfill deposit and borrowing needs, including opening accounts and guiding loan applications.
• Provide personalized financial advice aligned with clients' goals while promoting bank products.
• Refer clients to bank partners for mortgage, wealth, and business banking needs.
• Conduct regular outreach to clients and prospects to offer tailored solutions.
• Coach and support colleagues on sales and product knowledge.
