You will educate clients on Chase technology and collaborate with a team of experts to address diverse financial needs while adhering to banking regulations. This role requires weekend/evening shifts and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking with proven client acquisition and retention.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and tailor product recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone, adaptable to clients’ needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while meeting risk requirements.
• Willingness to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
• Required licenses: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration and Life licenses; must obtain licenses within 180 days if not already held.

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor product recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate clients about technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult with clients about banking solutions and connect them to specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
