Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industry.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Excellent communication skills with in-person and phone capabilities.
• Resolve client issues with attention to detail and consistency.
• Comply with risk, regulatory, and training requirements.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration and Life licenses required or to be obtained within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person and by phone to build relationships and tailor financial solutions.
• Communicate clearly to understand clients, anticipate needs, and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products, services, and procedures to consult with clients and connect them to specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
